Return Policy

Our Return policy is simple, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the product you received, we will work with you until we make things right. Please Contact Us with in 30 days of the original purchase date and we will arrange for you to return the product with a copy of the invoice receipt . All return shipping is paid for by the customer. Customer must carefully package the product for shipping. If you chose to ship something back for a return, we suggest that you pack it well and insure it as we cannot give refunds for damaged items. We will offer you a store credit without a copy of the invoice or store receipt. If copy of invoice or store receipt is provided for by the customer then customer can choose to select a complete refund or a store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders are sent to the address you provide. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages if the error is in your original entry. What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you can send a picture of the damaged goods that would be helpful as well. Then we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
